since februrary 2020 i have, along with much of the world, had to change everything about my daily life because of the pandemic. this has been challenging as in addition i am learning to cope with chronic pain from several injuries. this is a blog detailing the activities i have tried to alleviate boredom and discover ways to cope with unmanaged pain during this time.
